Plant structure 57% (water, SOY protein, corn starch, WHEAT flour), water, vegetable oils (sunflower, sal), thickener (methyl cellulose), flavourings, salt, red beet juice concentrate, OAT fibre, herbs and spices, BARLEY malt extract. Contains: Soy, cereals containing gluten (wheat, oat, barley). May contain: Celery and mustard

Method of preparation

Pan

Pan Frying: Pan fry in a pan with enough oil for 3 min on each side

Oven

Oven: In a 220C oven, fan level 4, brush burgers with oil and heat for 8 min

Barbecue/Water grill

Barbecue: Pan fry in a pan with enough oil for 3 min on each side Water grill: Grill on Rank 3 for 3 min on each side
