Our plant-based NoChicken Burger is golden, crispy, 100% vegan, offering a flavor reminiscent of chicken
Ingredients: Plant structure 44% (water, SOY protein, WHEAT GLUTEN, flours (SOY, WHEAT), starch (potato), SOY fibre), flours (WHEAT, corn), water, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed), OAT fibre, starches (potato, WHEAT), thickener (methyl cellulose), WHEAT GLUTEN, natural flavourings, salt, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium hydrogen carbonate), modified corn starch, acidity regulator (potassium acetate), SOY protein, yeast extract / natural flavouring, yeast, spices (onion, garlic, turmeric, white pepper), psyllium husk, dextrose, iodised salt, sugar, spice extracts (paprika, CELERY, chilli pepper, black pepper), acid (citric acid), yeast extract, herbs (lovage), ferric pyrophosphate, vitamin B12, herb extracts (thyme extract, rosemary extract). May contain RYE, BARLEY and MUSTARD.
Set your fryers at 175°C. Once the oil is at temperature carefully place the burger in. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C with no steam. Place on an oven tray and cook for 9 minutes at 180°C, remove once cooked.
